Callaghan Valley Skiing at Whistler Olympic Park and Callaghan Country is open to public cross-country skiing for most of the 2009/2010 season!!

• It is planned to be open for public cross-country skiing  until January 31, 2010.  We will then be closed for the entire month of February during the Olympic period. The trails will  then re-open to public skiing on March 1, 2010.  Whistler Olympic Park will close its trails for the season on April 18th,  2010  and the Callaghan Country trails will remain open and groomed until May 2.
• Operations (ticket purchasing, rentals, lessons, and parking) will take place at the Callaghan Country base area for the entire season since the core Olympic venue including the competition trails, daylodge, and main parking areas will be close to the public.  
• The facilities will include two public trailers and the Callaghan Country warming hut and parking for up to 200 vehicles.   Ski up to the Callaghan Country lodge for a fantastic lunch (ask for details).
• Please be aware that washroom facilities are in Porta-Potties.
• Whistler Olympic Park will have up to 30km of our 55km open for most of the season.  So including the 42km of trails at  Callaghan Country there will be up to 70km of expertly groomed cross country ski trails available for your skiing pleasure in the Callaghan Valley this year.  
• Enjoy 15km of Snowshoe trails that wind serenly through the forests of both Whistler Olympic Park and Callaghan Country.
• Whistler Olympic Park will be grooming the Callaghan Country trails this season.

-All prices include GST.
-Age categories: Adult (19 +),Youth (13—18), Children (6—12) Child (5-under) Free of charge
-Family is defined as two adults and their dependent children, living in the same residence.
-Groups of 10 or more receive a 20% discount (based upon Book of 10 rate).
-Whistler Olympic Park books of 10,6 ,3 ticket vouchers good to April 18, 2010
-Cross Country passes are good for snowshoeing.
- Early Bird season pass rates available until Dec 5th, 2009
- Corporate pass includes two transferable Callaghan Valley season passes and seasonal rentals (skis and snowshoes)
-1/2 price day pass  at either Lost Lake or WOP if skier has a stamped ticket from the same day at the other area.
- Tri-Area  season pass includes unlimited use of trails at Whistler Olympic Park, Lost Lake Park and Callaghan Country
-All Whistler Olympic Park season and day passes include the use of  more than 70km of groomed trails (30km W.O.P. + 42km Callaghan Country)
- NIght skiing is not being offered this season because the lighted trails are in the core venue area which is closed to public access.

- Chariot Child carriers availble for the same price as a regular 'Child' rental rate but are only available for 2hours at a time.
- Multi-day rates available. Please ask us for details.
- All sizes of both classic and skate skis, boots and poles are available for rent.
- Rentals require a credit card for deposit.
- Package includes skis, boots, poles-individual items available.
- Snowshoeing includes overshoe if necessary.
- Poles available for snowshoeing-add $5.

- Group Rates: 10% discount for 5 or more
