Whistler Athlete's Centre- High Performance Centre
The epicentre of athlete training & development.
The Whistler Athletes’ Centre (WAC) is one of the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games facilities operated by Whistler Sport Legacies.
The centre caters to high performance and development sport groups looking to train in any season at any venue in the Whistler region. The WAC offers state-of-the-art strength and conditioning resources.
The High Performance Centre is the focal point of the complex featuring a 4,000 square foot strength and conditioning gym, a 5,000 square foot gymnastics hall, recovery and regeneration rooms, change rooms with shower facilities, a testing room, rental offices and a 1300 sq. ft. multi purpose room. The building is fully accessible, including features such as accessible washrooms/showers and an elevator enabling access to the second floor.

The following athletes and teams can access the strength and conditioning gym for no charge:
- Sport Canada nationally carded athletes from across Canada
- National Teams (targeted summer and winter sports) from across Canada for training camps and/or competitions
- Provincially identified athletes (as per PSO eligibility criteria)
