Whistler Olympic Park is a world-class destination for outdoor recreation activities & Nordic sports, located just south of Whistler in the stunning Callaghan Valley. Established for the 2010 Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games, the Park's facilities are now enjoyed by both high-performance athletes and recreational guests alike.

Creating a vibrant, healthy sport community
Our Non-Profit Commitment
Within the non-profit organization Whistler Sport Legacies, all revenue from recreational activities, public events and venue rentals at Whistler Olympic Park, the Whistler Sliding Centre and the Whistler Athletes' Centre goes back to supporting sport from grassroots to high performance level:
- Offering subsidized school programs for entry-level sport exposure
- Holding subsidized community events providing affordable access to sport participation and instruction (Discover sliding programs, Wednesday Nights skiing/snowshoeing, Women's Ski Day)
- Delivering coaches workshops and certification courses for all sports to help educate and develop knowledgeable coaching staff and volunteers in the Sea to Sky Corridor and beyond
- Offering affordable kids & youth programs for physical literacy and multi-sport experiences
- Facilitating quality training programs such as the Whistler Nordic Development Centre and the BC Sliding Development Centre
- Maintaining/homologating world-class training and competition facilities for high performance use
- Facilitating competitions that align with the Long-Term Athlete Development Framework, from grassroots participation to high performance
- Providing affordable housing for employees, athletes and sport stakeholders as well as for essential workers of the community
- Support growth of regional sport by providing training facilities at a reduced cost for local, regional, provincial and national sport teams
- Co-operating with local, provincial and national sport organizations to reduce program and administration cost

After a day of adventure, relax and recharge at the magnificent full-service Day Lodge and take in the breathtaking views.
