Filming at Whistler Olympic Park supports sport and recreation year-round.  

Since hosting the Nordic events for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games, Whistler Olympic Park has become a sought-after filming location for major movies, TV series,  and commercials. The stunning alpine backdrop, versatile landscapes, and professional-grade infrastructure attract top productions from around the world.  

But there’ s more behind the scenes—each production filmed here directly contributes to the operation and maintenance of the venue. Revenue helps fund critical  upgrades and enhancements that benefit both high-performance athletes and recreational visitors. 

From a new grooming machine to the cozy warming hut at the  dog loop (the Dog Loop warming hut and the Gazebo were previously film sets!) film revenue helps keep the Park in top shape year after year .
