*What’s a “Toonie” Race? It’s a community tradition where skiers come together for a fun, friendly race—or just a social cruise—on a set course. The name comes from the original $2 entry fee (a Canadian toonie!), though prices may have changed over the years. Whether you're in it to win it or just out for a good time, each race brings a new theme or twist to keep things exciting.

Interested in more toonie race fun? Club members can join the Whistler Nordics Toonie Race Series! Events will be hosted at Lost Lake and Whistler Olympic Park. New members welcome.
